This is not about earning God’s love. It is not about fasting perfectly. It is not about pretending the pain did not happen or rushing yourself toward forgiveness before you are ready. It is about creating intentional space to draw closer to God and invite Him into the places that still need His truth, comfort, wisdom, freedom, and peace.
For 21 days, you will be gently guided through prayer, scripture, reflection, fasting, worship, journaling, and practical healing activities designed to support your spiritual and emotional restoration.
Together, we will explore themes such as:
• Surrendering the weight you have been carrying
• Breaking unhealthy emotional and spiritual attachments
• Releasing false identities created through criticism, blame, control, and manipulation
• Recognizing the difference between God’s voice and the voices that wounded you
• Forgiving yourself for the ways you coped, stayed, hoped, trusted, or survived
• Exploring forgiveness without dismissing harm or abandoning healthy boundaries
• Tending to the younger parts of yourself that still need compassion and care
• Reclaiming peace after prolonged confusion and emotional unrest
• Releasing guilt, shame, fear, resentment, and self-doubt
• Renewing your mind with truth
• Rebuilding trust in yourself and your God-given discernment

Fasting is not punishment.
It is not a measure of how strong, disciplined, faithful, or worthy you are.
And there is no single fasting method that is right for every person.
You may choose to fast from a particular food, social media, entertainment, unnecessary spending, negative self-talk, distractions, or anything that has been taking up space you feel called to return to God.
Your fast may look different from someone else’s—and that is okay.
The purpose is not deprivation for the sake of deprivation. The purpose is intentional surrender: creating space to seek God more deeply and listen more closely.
This journey will encourage wisdom, grace, prayer, and personal discernment—not comparison or perfection.
Healing does not require you to deny what happened.
It does not mean calling harmful behavior acceptable.
It does not require reconciliation, restored access, or the removal of necessary boundaries.
And it does not mean you must rush through grief, anger, or forgiveness to make other people comfortable.
Healing is allowing God to meet you in the truth of your story without allowing the pain to write the rest of it.
It is releasing what no longer belongs in your hands while reclaiming the identity, peace, wisdom, purpose, and hope that were never meant to be taken from you.
God did not create you merely to endure.
He created you to live.
To laugh.
To create.
To love.
To experience peace.
To walk in wisdom.
To rediscover joy.
To grow.
To flourish.
To become deeply rooted in His love and fully alive in the purpose He placed within you.
