This is the part of your healing journey where we trade in survival mode for revival mode.
By now, you’ve cried a lot of tears, deleted a few numbers, and maybe even rebuked a demon or two. You’ve also detached from the drama and put up some boundaries that aren’t coming down.
You’ve reclaimed your identity, done some deep trauma excavation, and reconnected with the One who never left your side—God Almighty. Now? It’s time to build. Not just a new life—but one built on a rock-solid foundation of wisdom, Holy Spirit clarity, and unapologetic joy.
You are not starting from scratch. You are starting from experience. From discernment. From the ashes that tried to bury you but ended up fertilizing your future. With God as your architect, general contractor, and security detail, you can boldly design a life rooted in peace, truth, purpose—and a little sparkle of sanctified audacity.
Here’s What We’re About to Build (cue the heavenly hammer sounds):
If trauma told you to stop dreaming, we’re about to evict that lie immediately.
This is your permission slip to dream big, bold, and biblically aligned. Want to move to the mountains? Start a ministry? Open a coffee shop that also rebukes demons with espresso shots? Go for it.
We’re clearing out those crusty old labels and letting God write the vision—and you best believe it’s good. By the end, you’ll have a Spirit-led vision and an action plan that won’t fizzle out the next time life throws a curveball.
Manipulative people thrive on control and unpredictability. But you can protect your peace. This lesson is about learning to be prepared for all of the ways they want to swipe your legs out from underneath you. You will learn to move with the discernment of a lioness and the softness as a dove—fierce in your boundaries, full of grace, and with the poise of a Proverbs 31:10-31 woman (who we suspect definitely had boundaries).
Survival mode had you out here running on fumes, caffeine, and pure cortisol. But God didn’t save you so you could keep living on edge and calling it "thriving."
We’re about to dig into the daily stuff—the habits, the rhythms, the sacred little choices that align with your healed identity. Spoiler alert: the old habits can’t come with you. They had their season. Let them rest in peace (preferably far, far away from your new life). You're building a lifestyle that actually supports the joy, peace, and purpose you prayed for. And yes, you can still have a color-coded planner and coffee with Jesus every morning.
Abuse made you question your instincts, your worth, and sometimes even your sanity—and that kind of trauma doesn’t just disappear when you walk away. Isolation might’ve felt safer, but healing doesn’t happen in a vacuum. God designed you for connection—healthy, life-giving, truth-speaking connection.
In this section, we’re calling in the circle you actually deserve. This is where you find your people—those who pour into you as much as you pour out. Let’s start rebuilding your village.
In toxic dynamics, money is rarely just money. It’s used as control, manipulation, punishment, or even silence. In this section, we’re talking about reclaiming your finances with clarity and confidence.
No shame. No overwhelm. Just step-by-step wisdom to create a plan that aligns with the vision God’s put in your heart. From building a budget that honors your new chapter, to restoring what was stolen (yes, even credit scores), this is about stepping into financial stewardship with authority. God didn’t just call you out of bondage—He’s equipping you for overflow.
You didn’t just survive the abuse—you survived the slow erasing of who you were created to be. Covert emotional manipulation chips away at your voice, your confidence, your dreams...until you’re left performing a version of yourself just to stay “safe.” But no more. That version wasn’t the real you—just the one shaped by survival.
This is your sacred reintroduction. The part where you reconnect with your God-given identity, We’re diving into the truth of who He says you are, exploring your spiritual gifts and calling, and rewriting that inner narrative with heaven’s authority.
Your environment speaks—even when no one’s around. And when you’re healing, the last thing you need is a space filled with old triggers, guilt-soaked memories, or the ghost of who you had to be just to survive. Clutter creates chaos, and chaos is not your birthright. Peace is.
In this section, we’re making room—physically, emotionally, spiritually. That means letting go of items that carry emotional residue, unfollowing and deleting what no longer aligns with your healing, and creating corners of your home that feel like a sanctuary instead of a battleground.
This module comes with
some power-packed bonuses to back you up:
You are no longer surviving—you are rebuilding. You are not who you were—you are becoming.
And the same God who got you out of that mess? He’s already up ahead, cheering you on, holding blueprints, and whispering, “Let’s build something beautiful, daughter.”
If at any point during this course you feel stuck, confused, or just need to sanity-check what you’re learning (because let’s be honest, covert abuse can feel like a psychological circus), don’t hesitate to reach out!
